DLF Tech Park is a mixed-use office development located in Sector-143A Noida near Noida Expressway. The project spans 25 acres and has a build potential of approximately 4 million sq. ft. The first phase of construction, which is currently underway, includes around 800,000 sq.ft. of prime commercial office space. The project is planned to receive an occupancy certificate by March 2023 and has been designed to meet LEED Platinum standards set by the US Green Building Council.

DLF Tech Park is equipped with a range of features to ensure a high-performance work environment, including an earthquake-resistant structure, MERV 14 air filtration technology, and an integrated building management system. The building's floor plates are designed for maximum light penetration and space utilization, and all services and facilities are centralized to cater to individual unit occupiers. The project is situated near the Noida Expressway and is just 700 meters from the Sector 143 Metro Station on the Aqua Line, with a travel time of only 20 minutes to Delhi. DLF has already leased over half of the under-construction IT Park, with ST Telemedia taking on approximately 360,000 sq. ft of space with the option to double it. The company has also completed construction on a data center and has plans for two additional office towers.
